Method

  1. Use a hall ball or rocks glass
  2. Fill a shaker with ice.
  3. Add the rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup.
  4. Shake well until chilled.
  5. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
  6. Add a dash of bitters (optional) and garnish.
