Method

  1. Add Pink Gin, raspberry purée, lemon juice, and syrup to a shaker with ice. 
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. (For foam: dry shake first, then shake with ice.) 
  3. Top gently with sparkling rosé.
