INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Saint Sithney Dry Gin or Saint Sithney Seville Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 2 tsp sugar syrup
- Crushed ice
- Prosecco or sparkling water
- lemon slice
METHOD
- 1.Pour the Saint Sithney Dry Gin or Saint Sithney Seville Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill up with ice cubes.
- 2.Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold then strain into a tall glass filled with more ice and top up with prosecco or sparkling water.
- 3.Garnish with a lemon slice.
