Orders below £75 will be charged a standard delivery fee of £5.99. Orders above £75 (excluding the purchase of gift vouchers) will qualify for free delivery

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and will be delivered electronically to the email provided at checkout

Orders will be shipped via our Express Service (1 – 3 business days)

Orders received by 12pm will be shipped the same day – orders received after this time will be sent the following business day

We currently only ship to addresses in the UK – Monday to Friday

Returns
We are happy to accept returns on all orders provided they meet the return conditions outlined below.
We kindly ask customers to arrange for the items to be returned to our distillery. Please note customers are responsible for ensuring all items are returned in their original state and for covering any associated costs of return.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service when arranging the return of an item.
Once the items arrive at our distillery they will be checked in by our customer service team, who will then process a refund. Saint Sithney are not responsible for any costs, administration or delays associated with returns, which do not meet the conditions outlined below.
Conditions

All items must be returned directly to our distillery within 14 days of receipt of your order

All items being returned must be unopened, unused, with all original packaging and seals intact

Only items purchased directly from Saint Sithney will be accepted and proof of purchase must be provided before any returns are approved

If you have purchased from one of our partner stockists or online retailers you will need to contact them directly

If your order is damaged, delayed or lost in transit, please email us at orders@saintsithney.com quoting your order number and tracking ID, and we will arrange for replacement items to be delivered
