INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Saint Sithney Dry Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Crushed ice
- tonic water and soda water, or pine soda, to taste
- rosemary sprig and lemon wedge, to garnish
METHOD
- 1.Put the St Sithney Dry Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters into a cocktail shaker and add a large handful of ice.
- 2.Shake to combine and strain into a tall glass filled with more ice.
- 3.Top up with equal parts tonic and soda water, or pine soda.
- 4.Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wedge.
