

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Saint Sithney Pink Gin
- 75ml chilled rosé prosecco or sparkling rosé
- 25ml elderflower liqueur (e.g. St Germain)
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- A dash of soda water (optional, for a longer serve)
- crushed ice
METHOD
- 1. Fill a large wine glass or balloon glass with ice
- 2.Add Saint Sithney Pink Gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice, gently pour in the sparkling rosé
- 3.Top with a dash of soda if you prefer a longer drink and garnish with raspberries, mint, and a twist of lemon or edible flowers.
