INGREDIENTS
- Coarse salt, for the rim (we recommend Cornish Sea Salt).
- 2 ounces Saint Sithney Dry Gin or Saint Sithney Seville Gin
- 4 ounces grapefruit juice
- Lemon wedge, or lime wedge, for garnish
METHOD
- 1.Rim the glass with the salt by rubbing a lemon or lime wedge around the rim, then roll it in a shallow dish of coarse salt.
- 2.Fill the glass with ice and add the Saint Sithney Dry Gin or Saint Sithney Seville Gin and grapefruit juice.
- 3.Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
