INGREDIENTS
- 2 large ice spheres
- 2 ounces Saint Sithney Seville Gin
- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- 6 juniper berries
- 1 3" strip orange zest
- 6-8 ounces tonic water
- Orange bitters to taste (about 6 drops)
- Angostura bitters to taste (about 3 drops)
- 1 squeeze lime
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
METHOD
- 1.Put two large ice spheres in an oversized glass.
- 2.Gently pour in the Saint Sithney Seville Gin and Aperol.
- 3.Add the juniper berries.
- 4.Using a paring knife, cut off a strip of orange zest over the glass. Rub the rim of the glass with the zest and put it into the glass.
- 5.Slowly pour in the tonic water.
- 6.Finish with a few drops of both orange and Angostura bitters.
- 7.Garnish with a squeeze of lime and a sprig of rosemary.
