Method
- Rim the glass with the salt by rubbing a lemon or lime wedge around the rim, then roll it in a shallow dish of coarse salt.
- Fill the glass with ice and add the Saint Sithney Dry Gin or Saint Sithney Seville Gin and grapefruit juice.
- Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
