Saint Sithney Dry Gin The spirit of Cornwall, redefined.

Distilled on our historic Cornish coastal farmstead using locally sourced grain, our flagship dry gin blends tradition with global flair. Earthy juniper berries lead the way, while zesty citrus peels and exotic botanicals like kaffir lime, coriander, and cardamom add layers of character and complexity.

The result? A bold, balanced gin with a clean finish — equally at home in a classic G&T or stirred into a martini.

Why you’ll love it: – Crafted with Cornish grain and distilled in small batches – Classic dry gin profile with a twist of kaffir lime and spice – Exceptionally smooth, with no artificial flavourings – Ideal for purists, mixologists, and coastal dreamers alike.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy with a crisp Navas (Cornish) tonic, a twist of lime, and plenty of ice – or shake into a timeless martini with a lemon peel.

How to serve

Crisp and balanced, it’s smooth enough to enjoy neat over ice. For a classic serve, pour with premium Indian tonic and garnish with lime or grapefruit. Or elevate it into a timeless martini with a twist of lemon peel.

Our Cornish distillery and heritage is shaped by Cornwall but crafted for the world.

As a restauranter, I always like to stock the best and most exciting drink offers on the market. St Sithney captures this all in a bottle. In a highly competitive market, St Sithney have set them selves apart from their rivals with a gin that is beautifully balanced, clean, and with a truly different flavour profile that I love. I like to drink it neat with a cube of ice, or simply with a Navas tonic water to allow the true flavour of the gin speak for itself.

We first tried Saint Sithney on holiday and instantly fell in love with it. The flavour is bright and beautifully layered - citrus, spice, and something wonderfully fresh that reminds us of the coast. We’ve since ordered bottles to share at home and at parties, and every single person comments on how smooth it is. A true standout gin.

I love that Saint Sithney Distillery has its own identity it is not just another ‘flavoured gin.’ The citrus really sings, the spice is delicate, and it finishes so clean. It feels like a little escape in a glass, wherever you are. As for the Cornish Dry Gin, not many gins you can drink alone, this one is perfect!Paul & Amanda

Saint Sithney Lemon Gin is everything I want in a citrus gin a vibrant, clean, and refreshing, but with enough depth to make every sip interesting. It’s my favourite for summer evenings with lots of ice, a sprig of mint, and a good tonic.

FAQs

Yes, all of our spirits are naturally gluten free.

During distillation, different elements are separated based on their boiling points. Gluten, like other proteins, has a very high boiling point and does not vaporize during the process. This means it’s left behind, ensuring it does not pass through into the final spirit.
