The Saint Sithney story

Born on the Cornish Coast, Saint Sithney Cornish Distillery began as a passion to capture the true spirit of Cornwall. From our signature Cornish Dry Gin to bold new flavour expressions, every bottle is crafted with authenticity, precision, and respect for nature.

We launched in 2023 when our founder, Wendy, decided to stop complaining about the lack of great tasting gin and the journey began…….

Today, our spirits are proudly poured by celebrated chefs, boutique hotels, and discerning bars far beyond our shores – sharing the true spirit of Cornwall with the world.
